Welcome

693 days since our wedding

TULOY PO KAYO! is the accustomed Filipino way of welcoming family, friends and other loved-ones to the home to share a bite, some exciting chat and bountiful laughter.

We, Jojo and Jes, welcome you, as family members and friends, to our website, a sneak peek at the open-secret we will celebrate on the 15th day of February in the year of our Lord Two Thousand and Seven -- Our WEDDING!

It is with extreme gladness that you are here with us to share this most important episode, nay, beginning, in our married life.

So we say: Tuloy po kayo! and let us enjoy this fun-filled journey to the most important day of our life!

Our Nerve-Center

It is important for us to stress at the onset that like any couple who wishes to have a peaceful, lasting and victorious life, we would like to put God in the center of our relationship.

If space stations have their own nerve centers in Houston, much as airports have theirs in the control tower which direct all flight traffic operations on a 24/7 basis, we would like our Creator and Savior to be our NERVE-CENTER to direct and guide us in our daily endeavor as soon-to-be husband and wife.

No easy feat, though, mind you, as the road to Him is that which is less traveled.

When you are in the midst of a wedding preparation with all the costs and legwork involved, the suppliers you need to meet and haggle with, the relatives you need to please (Uyy isama mo naman ang pinsan mo sa entourage! or gawin mo namang ring-bearer yung bunsong anak ko, si Steph, yung 24 years old!!!) and the many stresses and arguments you will have with each other on any minute and/or gargantuan detail, would it be easy to say that God is our nerve-center?

Yet, how difficult it may be our friends, as they say: There is no such thing as a stroll in the park!

It is how we work it!
God bless you!
